| So, I figured we didn't have a good enough system and in my spare time i decided to come up with one. We have to do number levels for this to work. This is primarily to prevent godmodding and to increase time spent by people on the forum.
Ichigo Kurosaki rolls a die. It lands on 3. Since he is level 30 he has a 90% chance of his attack connecting. Ganju rolls a 6 but since he is only level 15 he gets 60.
90-60=30 so 30 damage to Ganju.
If Ganju were level 20, than 20x6=120 and Ganju can Counter.
As your level gets higher the more probability of you hitting your opponent.

| Nah, someone can just cheat their numbers to a good one. It doesn't have to be to six either. They can just cheat to a number in order for them to counter.
